Sarah is an expert in learning and development with a particular knowledge of apprenticeships.
Sarah has also built up an enviable portfolio of experience working for over 12 years in the commercial training arena starting off her career working in London. She utilises this experience to understand a client’s needs and requirements, ensuring that the development and training programme delivered produces a lasting change, both in the individual and in the workplace
Sarah adopts a consultative approach to building relationships seeking to link organisational aims with our service offer and solutions. Sarah’s ethos is very much about offering a quality service to ensure relationship development and client retention. For Sarah it’s all about client satisfaction and ensuring needs are met and outcomes achieved.
