Call of the Wild Training Celebrates Ofsted Success

We’re delighted to announce that we have been rated ‘Good’ in our first Ofsted inspection – with ‘Outstanding’ recognition for our learners’ behaviour and attitude. Our flagship Level 6 Career Development Professional Apprenticeship stood out for its relevance, expert-led coaching and positive learner experience.

“Apprentices are exceptionally motivated… they value the confidence it helps them develop,” the Ofsted report says.

Inspectors also highlighted our strength in creating a supportive, respectful environment and enabling learners to develop strong communication, leadership and critical thinking skills.

⭐ A Programme that Transforms Careers

Designed for professionals working in schools, colleges, prisons and employability services, our Level 6 apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification that supports career development practitioners in delivering outstanding guidance, coaching and support to others.

Our learners come from across England, and all training is delivered online through a one-to-one coaching model. This flexible approach allows you to continue working in your role while gaining valuable new skills. “Learning coaches use their extensive industry experience to plan and provide high-quality one-to-one training” – Ofsted.
